hp pavilion x360 14-dh0107tu Screen faulty and laptop working slow after win 11 update.

Hi,
I have an HP Pavilion x360 14-dh0107tu it seems like my display is cracked or has scratches as it is constantly detecting my touchscreen input without even any input from my side. I wanted to know whether it is inside my screen or just the above screen as it's working well while disabling the touchscreen driver.
And also please suggest service centres near me my pin code is 410210, Maharashtra, India.
