Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f2000 (74R51AV)

I have a HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f2757nz (7Y6B8EA), i have two different pens, the old one (i cant remember the model, but it uses AAAA batteries) ''works'', meaning if i try to make a line it makes several consecutive lines, and the second one doesn't do anything (avtive hp pen g3), i can connect the bluetooth but then nothing.

I have tried downloading BIOS and all chipsets but no changes.

PS: touchscreen workes perfectly,

pens have never worked properly since I bought it,

I have tried doing all updates with no changes
