Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, hope u'll be fine.. i bought new laptop hp probook 450 g3 last week.. but i m facing problem form 1st day.. The problem is my lappie fingerrpint reader/sensor not working . I update all drivers from hp site but fingerprint reader still not working.. if anyone know how to fix this problem kindly help me out of this problm please..

When you say not working.

 

Do mean it will not scan???

 

Does it show in Security Settings???

 

Try installing this then reboot.

Thanks for reply... yes its not working it shows security setting but finger print reader not scannig.. 😞
