i just got a HP Spectre x360 14(2022) which also came with a HP rechargeable MPP2.0 tilt pen. i had left it to charge for 45mins-1 hour as recommended but the amber light wont turn white(fully charged) despite leaving it to charge for around 2-3 hours. i tried using it and it wouldn't work either.

Seems like the pen might be faulty and this may need one-on-one interaction.
the support here is limited to software troubleshooting.
