Hi Team,
I'm using MSI GF63 THIN 10SCXR (Windows 11).

I have hp travel USB c multi port hub 1CP1473C3B (SN) when I tried to connect to type c port device was not detected, so I connected to USB port using adapter it was working.
I have updated the drivers, switched off, removed all external cables / USB and hold 30 sec power button to reset still the same.

connected same device on hp laptop it is working fine on type c port. please let me know if i miss anything. key boards, mouse, head set are primary connections.

Thanks.

Is this your MSI machine ?

It has Type-C Port 1x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type C which is NOT compatible with your HP USB-C multi port hub

Regards.
