its a hp pavillion x360 and the mousepad or mouse doesnt work even if irestart it it will work sometimes also when it does work its doesnt allow me to scroll downwards or upwards on computer using two fingers and have to use the sliding bar at the side by clicking it. Main problem is the mousepad not having any touch

Turn the touchpad off and then on

On some touchpads, you can turn the touchpad on or off by double tapping in the upper-left corner of the touchpad.

Double-tap to turn the touchpad off.

Touchpad on/off switch

Repeat to turn the touchpad on.
