Hi @ankitnobita,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To turn off mirroring in your camera, typically for webcams or certain software settings, you'll need to access the camera settings. Here’s how you can do it on a few common platforms:
Windows (Using Camera App)
Open Camera App:
- Type "Camera" in the search bar and open the Camera app.
Access Settings:
- Click on the gear icon or Settings option (usually located at the top or bottom right corner of the app).
Disable Mirroring:
- Look for an option related to mirroring or flipping. It might be labeled as "Mirror my video" or similar.
- Toggle this option to turn off mirroring.
Save Settings:
- Once disabled, close the settings or save your changes.
macOS (Using FaceTime or Photo Booth)
Open FaceTime or Photo Booth:
- Go to your Applications folder and open FaceTime or Photo Booth.
Access Video Settings:
- In FaceTime, go to Video > Video Settings.
- In Photo Booth, go to View > Video Device Settings.
Disable Mirroring:
- Look for an option labeled "Mirror my video" or similar.
- Uncheck or disable this option to turn off mirroring.
Apply Changes:
- Close the settings window to apply the changes.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
