if show problem in my display before my warrenty and replacement date ,can i get e new laptop ?

.I bought my laptop in November 2023 from Bangladesh. After 1 year, the display started flickering. The shop had given me a 2-year replacement guarantee, valid until November 2025.
Now, can I get a new replacement laptop under this guarantee?

1. Download Display Firmware Update
   • You need to download and install the HP Notebook System BIOS Update. The appropriate SoftPaq for your model is listed below:
