.I bought my laptop in November 2023 from Bangladesh. After 1 year, the display started flickering. The shop had given me a 2-year replacement guarantee, valid until November 2025.
Now, can I get a new replacement laptop under this guarantee?

The issue of display flickering might be due to outdated firmware. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Download Display Firmware Update
- You need to download and install the HP Notebook System BIOS Update. The appropriate SoftPaq for your model is listed below:
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) Version: F.27 Revision
