Product: HP Stream - 14-cb174wm

On the 17th of January my built in camera worked fine. The next day however, it shows its there but has a black screen. I went through device manager, updated driver, installed, reinstalled, rebooted computer, etc and it is still a black screen. My light on the camera comes on but no picture. Please help!!
