Every time I try to type the letter "B" the beats audio sign comes up on the screen. How can I stop this and be able to use the letter B/b on the keyboard?

I reviewed your post and I understand that when you press the letter B the beats audio opens.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In which application/software you are facing this issue? (Like Word, Excel)

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the keyboard driver from the device manager and then restart the computer and check whether the issue is resolved.

Here is how it is done.

  1. Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
  2. Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
  3. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
  4. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.

NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I experience this in any thing I try to do.  For instance, I wanted to set up WIfI and needed to type letter B/b in format. It will not let me do this. I have tried to just type in letters in word, and the B/b will not come up as letter. I just get the sign  for Beats. I have uninstalled Beats, but still get the sign when typing.

I will try to do as you commented on. I hope it works. Very frustrating!

I did as you suggested. It did not work, I'm sorry to say. Not sure what to do at this point. Only to use another USB keyboard.

Thank you for your help! If you think of anything else I could try, please let me know!

I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when the keyboard was working fine.
