I purchased HP Envy 13 last week. The stylus pen l93571-b23 which I got along is not charging since purchase date. 

It is always showing solid amber after more than 5 hours of charging via usb c type cable which i got along with pen. It was supposed to be white light.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop stylus pen.
