Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 (39H22AV)

My laptop camera is not working, however, facial recognition still does.  It seems the button is not functioning and is turned off but I can't fix it.  None of my apps, camera, zoom meetings etc work.  I have been through all the "fixes" and set ups and permissions, with no resolution.  Could something be loose inside my laptop.  Is it the button, can a tech fix it.  Or should I give up and buy an external laptop camera
