Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
well this is simple i want to change this laptop case cuz its really broken to the point that i can not repair it ...but i live in venezuela so i dont know what to do or where do i go...i tried to contact HP but now i see that i have to pay to have support ? O_O like what ?...is there a way to genuinely get a new laptop case and change it myself ? or sending it to HP tech could solve de problem ? or there is not solution to this kind of problems ? or is there any universal notebooks case that i dont know about. if someone could help me guide me or atleast tell me if there is hope i would apreciatte it thanks
