Left ctrl key stopped working on my keyboard. I have opened up the laptop and disconnected the battery and reconnected and its still broken.
Does anyone know what the reason could be for one key to suddenly stop working. Is it a quality issue with the product? Can I get a replacement keyboard and fix it? From where?

Hi. I tried the keyboard test but I'm not sure what its supposed to help with. It just verified that some of my keys are not working.
Recently my windows key stopped working as well as my touchpad too. I suspect I need to replace the keyboard and touchpad to fix this?
I'm not sure where to order replacement parts though.
