major problems updating AMD driver

Windows 10 - tried Night Light but didn't like it so turned it off. But it's left some color problems eg when I open the search. some of the boxes are white font on grey background. MS MVP said to uninstall AMD and reinstall but there are problems -

warning exclam mark on folder 

Came here for latest driver - loaded but not installed. When asked to troubleshoot this is what I saw:

Showing XP SP3 but I have Win10!!

But I have Win10!! What should I do next please?

Here's the leftover problem, when I open the search box. The edit 'pen' is shown by mistake! But it was this leftover problem that ended up with an MS MVP advising to uninstall and reinstall. When I bought the laptop in December 2015 it had (a Graphics card) AMD Radeon R6 Graphics

Resolved. The Update .exe file eventually came through and all it needed was a restart.
