closing the laptop over the past month was difficult as the plastic frame was unclipping and bowing, but could be popped back together and shut. the plastic cover for the hinge came off, but could also be put back, until recently when shutting the laptop cover became impossible.
The corner piece which is normally inside the plastic, had snapped and now sticks out, just above the hinge, but still has screws and metal bracket (?) pieces attached to it. It just won't fit back into the plastic casing properly, as it is only attached to the hinge now. This makes you only have the screen at 90 degrees. how it is supposed to be attached inside
where it is near the hinge
