HP 25es

I have an HP 25es 25-inch Display that developed a bad screen problem less than one month after going out of warranty. Here's a photo of how the screen looks. Is there anything that can be done to repair or replace this? Thanks!!IMG_8543.JPG

If it truly is out-of-warranty, it probably would cost more (parts & labour) to try to fix than it would to purchase a replacement.

Instead, I will thank the messenger. You're most likely correct, unfortunate as that may be. :Crying:

Before you "responsibly recycle" the monitor, can you try connecting it to a (borrowed? friend's?) laptop, to see if it works with some other computer?  That would narrow the problem to your computer and/or its video.
