I have a new HP 17.3" PC-17-c1000 series laptop ("NEW laptop"), which came with Windows 11. It is intended to replace a circa 2014 HP Notebook 17-x027cl ("OLD laptop") running the latest version of Windows 10. The other HP product involved is an HP USB 3.0 3005pr Port Replicator.
Using the OLD laptop and Port Replicator, I could utilize 3 screens: the laptop screen, an external monitor connected via the Port Replicator HDMI port, and another monitor connected directly to the OLD laptop HDMI port. This link shows the 3 screens in operation [3rd party link removed] with the OLD laptop.
However, no matter what I try, I can't get video to / through the Port Replicator HDMI (or "D") port to a an external monitor using the NEW laptop. The laptop screen obviously works, as does the external monitor connected directly to the NEW laptop HDMI port. This link shows my being able 😞 to get only 2 screens to operate on the same setup [3rd party link removed] with the NEW laptop.
HELP! What am I doing wrong? Worse yet, I can't seem to find help via HP.

The Mod removed all your links therefore I can't work out. What is your PC-17-c1000 ? Please use system info to see what is it System SKU, for example
Regards.
