Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello...

So my HP Victus 16 Laptop brightness setting can't work...
so when I adjust the brightness, the laptop screen remains bright and doesn't dim...

I've updated the driver and the brightness setting still can't be used...

what should I do?
