Hi @dereum,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like your HP Laptop 15-dy5033 may not fully support USB-C Display Output or Power Delivery, which could be why your Anker docking station isn’t working as expected.

Here’s how to troubleshoot the issue:

The USB-C port on the HP 15-dy5033 may only support data transfer and charging, but not video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode). If that’s the case, the docking station won’t be able to extend displays through USB-C.

Use an Alternative Connection
If your laptop does not support video output over USB-C, you may need to connect your monitors using HDMI or DisplayPort, depending on the available ports on your laptop and docking station.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
