Laptop configuration: 

ryzen 5 4600h
gpu -NVIDIA GEforce GTX 1650 4GB

gpu -amd radeon graphic 
8 GB RAM
WINDOWS 10 - 64 bit
1920x1080 resolution @ 144Hz

 

here at my home I am getting a very stable internet speed of almost 45-50 mbps from my broadband.

 

My laptop seems to have ticked all the boxes for streaming and watching HD content. But even then, I only see 720p as the streaming option on amazon prime.

Whenever I play HD movie on amazon prime , it says, "Your video will play in standard definition because your computer hardware , display must meet HDCP requirement".

 

Even my 30k phone can play HD content but my 67k laptop cannot , this is a bit disappointing for a user if the quality is poor.

 

 

I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
