my screen flickers then turns black for few seconds, sometimes blackensonly half of the screen both vertically or horizontally, sometimes it freezes and i have to force close it
i am not a computer geek, i just want to know if it is a hardware or a software problem. i installed the latest video drivers, for both my video hardware but it seems that is not working, now the problem is even worse, the flickering is more frequent, i cant use my laptop anymore for school work (internet, office and everything else). i have to say tho that if i play a game, everything works just fine, the game runs smoothly, no flickering, no black screen.
thank you in advance for response

- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
