my device touch pad is not working when i add external mouse cursor is coming when i remove it the cursor dissappears and i cant see a touchpad option in segttings

Hello @hathim2 

 

If you can test in the bios F2 on boot this will show if its working in the hardware level.  If this works at the bios I would update the drivers.  If this is not working in bios the touchpad would need to be repaired.
