 my laptop creen is flickering and i cant access my laptop settiings and some files is not on my laptop anymore i cant install hem again

Hi!

 

Sorry, but I cant recommend any good. Check your intel driver version on Device manager. 27.xx driver is bad on HP devices.

Try to use your notebook from external display. 
When your pc good on external display, maybe igpu or Display issue you have.
