Product: HP U27 4K Wireless Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to connect my envy notebook model 13 -ab004na wirelessly to my u27 wireless display. My notebook can see the monitor - the monitor does not display the pin code and immediately goes into standby. I have tried various methods including the hp quick connect software. Sometimes I get a paired message and then a request for a pin code - which the monitor will not provide. any help would be most appreciated
