not able to use sure view on my pc,f2 key blank,no hotkey,store shows incompatible

i cant enable hp sure view on my pc hp elitebook x360 1020 g2 and there is not hotkey for it also shurtcut keys as prescribed on google not working and store as well is showing incompatibility despite of my pc meeting all the requirements. any solutions please.

Please use the following key combinations to adjust the HP Sure View privacy screen settings:

• fn+f2: Turns on the privacy screen.
• fn+f5 or fn+f6: Adjusts the privacy screen for well-lit or darker environments.
• fn+f2: Turns off the privacy screen.
• fn+p: Turns on HP Sure View with the highest privacy setting.

It does not work 😞 . Also there is one or the other hotkey for every function key (f1-f12) except f2. I tried downloading the sure view app from the store but the store shows "Your device is not compatible with this app.", but when i checked the system requirements, my pc was matching all the requirements and there the microsoft store shows "This app should work on this device." but I am still not able to download the app from the microsoft store. Any suggestions please.
