Thank you for replying with this detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I reviewed your post about the direct X requirement, did you check which version of direct X you have?
If not, please use Windows+R, Type - "DXDIAG", Click OK, then check the version as shown on the below image:
Please understand that though the hardware could be compatible, your device is not designed for gaming and therefore could heat up causing other issues within the device, that said, if you want to take the risk, you could update the direct X from the link my colleague shared, if that doesn't resolve the issue, please install the latest BIOS, Chip-set and graphics card update from the HP website: Click here to find and install it.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

Here it is shown 11 directories, but in fact it does not work. Yes, I want to take the risk, give me a link. Regarding the updating of the BIOS, etc. you say the latest updates, let me note that under the latest updates you will underline the versions of 11-12 years, as well as all the drivers on your site for this laptop model! As it was said above "there is no sense to update if everything works" if you do so for example you bought a T-shirt and will wear it all your life, you have it, and no matter what it will be in a year's time.

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
It looks like your game is not compatible with your device,
As I've mentioned at various responses that the driver update will not make a differences and would only help if you have any issue related to display, such as display flickering or colored lines, etc.
I recommend you Contact the game manufacturer and perhaps they could help you install the same,
And I'm afraid I didn't get that joke about the T-shirt because computers are much complicated than a T-Shirt 😉
I hope that answers your concern.

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
I'm afraid we are at the end of the line here,
I have already informed you that updating the driver is not an options or a solution considering HP hasn't released any updates for your graphics card as it does not have any issues.
The issue is within the game and therefore, please contact the game manufacturer for further support,
