HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p208nk (ENERGY STAR) i7 5500U with nvidia 840m 4gb

my dgpu not showing up in the device manager or anywhere else cant game on it and the nvidia drivers cant detect it and i dont need explanation i need solution i saw how the hp support team are not helping anyone give direct solution or ill know what ill do
