Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (7B9S3AV)

My omen16 appeared black screen when opening games and other high-performance programs, at the same time the fan and the audio is still working, but press the keyboard is completely unresponsive, the power button can not be forced to shut down and restart, and then the computer can not be powered on.
