I want my money back... now 15 months, this continues to happen, screen goes into black mode.. you have updated the mother board, doesnt do anything,, updated all drivers, every month.. still same issue. HP you know there is a problem with this series.. device still on warranty... now 4th ticket raised here in Switzerland.. you dont even try to fix this.. there is NO software issues.. its clearly the graphic card.. and the intel updates have no effect on it.. I cant use this with a hdmi second screen.. how do I reach HP Switzerland sales.. I want to report this issue to consumer affairs in Bern... this is a known problem, guess thats why you sold them at discount.. very disappointed.
