OMEN by HP Laptop 17-cb1017ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently bought Omen 17-cb1xxx laptop with RTX2060 external graphics and i7-10750H

Main issue is that in device manager only external graphic card is visible and only it's working all the time, but as i understand i7-10750H has built in graphics as well and i can't find it anywhere (is it some kind cut i7 version installed in my PC?)

Tried to install latest intel drivers it said my PC has too weak hardware.

Most important thing is that external graphic card draining battery super fast 😓

Does my PC support both (internal and external) video cards? If yes, how to make it working?

@sapnov

I reviewed your post and I understand that the internal graphics card is not getting detected.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that when you have a dedicated graphics card the internal graphics (Onboard graphics) card will be disabled.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

You're in luck, since switchable graphics don't work properly in Windows 10.
