About 4 years old so out of warranty. The damage you show is a seized hinge. Not inexpensive to repair but the laptop is an 11th gen Intel Core still not close to obsolete. If the screen is not cracked you might explore repair options. HP Service Centers in India can provide service on laptops of that age and can give you better advice than we can. Pick one near you, call ahead make an appointment and visit.
