Product: Example: Pavilion 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so my problem is, I just transfered my pictures from my iphone to my computer but now when I want to watch either a Picture or a video some of them don't want to show mainly the one I took with my phone so screencaptures and the ones i got send i can see. When i want to look at them the computer wants me to downlaod something that i have to pay what should i do?
