Hi . its Andy.

since I updated my windows 10 to 11 , my stylus pen doesn't response.

I've already checked all the ways that it been suggested but there is no response yet.

I'll be glad if any one could help me with this bad situation cause its my work tool and need it so much.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing HP Pen issues with the HP ENVY x360 Notebook after windows update.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
