Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My prt sc button is not working anymore. And I never had to use the Alt, fn, ctrl button with the prt sc. Help.

In Windows 10 these are the methods to take screenshot:

You may need to press Fn key along with PrtScn key.
Have you checked Screenshots folder under default Pictures folder to see whether snaps are getting saved?
