Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All

I am trying to install Dual Monitors to my HP Notebook with Windows 10 Home (supposedly 64 bit).  I am getting this message USB-C HDMI adapter not recognized by Windows.  The brand of the adapter is Comsol and is for Windows.  How can I get this adapter to work?

Thank you I ended up taking my computer and the adapter to a IT guy, he did exactly what you advised.  Then he found out that the adapter was not going to work on my computer, so I took it back.
