Hi,

What does the message "Screen Time Consider taking a break" from HP Command Center mean? 

The message pops up on my laptop screen every ten or so minutes.  It also shows three choices: Snooze, Dismiss or Off.  I know I can simply turn the notification off, but I don't know what the message really means and why it keeps popping up.  I am working with my laptop and cannot take a break!

 

Sorry if I'm asking a stupid question.  I am sincerely looking for an answer.
