greetings,
i have a G6 2277et. it works just fine when i use it with its integrated graphics card intel hd graphics 4000. Currently my non-integrated graphics card is deactivated by me. because when i activate it and want to use it my laptop's screen shows just black. when i activate it its name seems as microsoft basic display adapter and there is a yellow (!) symbol on it. i have tried to solve it so many times that some times i could use it but just once or twice. i've tried both drivers on hp's page and radeon's own page. I could use it in past once or twice but thats all. Some times i succesfully install driver and cards' name changes to radeon hd7600 series but when i try to start a game( which means i switch to non integrated graphics card) it shows black screen again.

Hey there! @Neogri, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand when you try to use discrete graphics on your laptop the screen goes black.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes to your laptop?
The steps recommended below.
Try uninstalling the graphics from device manager and install the AMD graphics auto detect utility and check if it helps.
Hold Windows key + Letter R key.
Run dialog box would open type devmgmt.msc
Device manager window will open.
Expand Display adapter and right click AMD graphics adapter and click uninstall.
And restart your PC.
Download and install AMD driver auto detect utility on your PC. It should install the best drivers for your laptop.
Install the AMD auto detect utility from AMD website using this link.
Also, try updating BIOS on your PC using this link.
If the issue still persists try updating the drivers using HP support assistant and check if it helps.
