Hi All,
I'm trying to source and purchase a replacement screen for my labtop, the bottom half of the screen is black and often after some time it goes back to normal. I can connect to an external screen and the display has no issues. So i'm confident it is the labtop screen is at fault.
I have tried to find used ones on ebay etc.. but not 100% sure they are straight replacements, and i cannot find a part number using the HP support / parts websites, kind of given up now!
I'm ok to use a replacement screen if it doesn't have touch screen / touch pen functionality as it's not used much for that purpose, just need a working screen.

Sorry, but we don't maintain any inventory of HP computers and their associated parts.
If you don't have the HP part number, you can use the HP link below and your PC information to determine the part number:
https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx
You will have to do an online search to see if anyone carries it and will ship it to you. We have no inventory of suppliers and the parts they carry.
IF you are unsure of the quality of any part you order online, then make to to verify that the seller will provide a full refund if you return it for any reason.
HP does not do work on out of warranty products, so you would have to find a repair place that is willing to fix it -- and we have no way of knowing how much they will charge you -- but do not be surprised if that cost exceeds that of simply replacing the computer. So, be sure to get an estimate before you commit to having the work done.
Good Luck
