It has 39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080) screen. Did you upgrade your machine to Windows 11 ?  HP does not supply drivers for Windows 11. Please use old Nvidia driver on the followiing link
