I have a row of dead black pixels (or so i've been told) on my laptop screen and it seems to be growing!!! The laptop has not not been moved or dropped and it remains stable on my desk.

I noticed your post on how you are getting dead pixels with your HP Pavilion - 15-p2465a Notebook, and I am happy to help!
Please take a look at this guide, About LCD Panel Defects and Terminology for Notebook PCs and Tablets. If this does not resolve your issue contact HP phone support for your hardware options. (After you fill out the information, you will be given a phone number.) If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region. Country-language selector.
