scheda video dedicata amd r7 m360 non si avvia

buongiorno, ho comprato un hp pavilion 15 ab112nl, sembrava fosse tutto perfetto fino a quando mi sono accorto che la GPU dedicata amd r7 m360 (da 2 gb) non partiva. Il pc monta una cpu amd A10 da 2 ghz; ho testato la gpu con programmi di grafica come inventor, solidworks ed anche giochi come fifa 15 ma niente da fare, funziona solo la scheda integrata amd r7 graphics. Ho scaricato i vecchi ed i nuovi driver ma la commutazione non avviene; Inoltre sono passato dalla modalità legacy a uefi ma niente da fare. Non vuole sapere di partire. 

Cercando sul web ho visto che non sono l'unico ad avere questi problemi riguardo alla r7 m360. 

dimenticavo.....ho formattato il pc 7 volte e l'ho anche testato con ubuntu.
