Dear Sir,

I am residing in INDIA at present.I was facing the problem of screen flickering in my hp pavilion 15au-023cl laptop (TOUCH)

serial number:5CD62186BG

 

Icomplained to hp customer care on 22nd June 2017 and told them about my problem with case ID5001154156 as my product is under warranty. They recognised the poblem andAfter two days they told me that the part is not availible in India and therefore Ihave to send the laptop to the U.S. for repairing.Therefore I personally visited the service center of HP on 5th July 2017 and lodged the complaint as stated above.The email adress of the service center is [email protected] and I have handed over my laptop to them for repair.,Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as I have piurchased the product assuming to get global services. Therefore it is requested to rectify  the defect in INDIA itself.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
