HP Pavilion - 14-ce3606sa
Microsoft Windows 11

Windows did an update and since then whenever i start up the laptop the screen is flashing, blank, horizontal lines. I have to restart the laptop in order to be able to use it, sometimes it is impossible to restart via the screen and im having to close the laptop down by long pressing the power button.  Microsoft did a check and tried removing the update but the issue is still occurring. They said to wait now for an update from HP to solve the conflict.

I'm having this issue too. The laptop works fine with an external display, but the in-built display flickers and goes through phases of being completely unusable until I reinstall the graphics driver. It happens mostly when moving the mouse cursor around the screen. The mouse cursor also looks fuzzy.

My laptop is a HP Paviliion 14-ce3520na, running Windows 11 Home 22H2. Would be nice if someone from HP would be able to assist with the issue as there are reports of this issue dating back to May. It only started on my laptop in September, and I'm not entirely sure what caused it but expect it was something like a Windows Update.

My laptop is only 2 and a half years old, so it's not great that I'm experiencing issues like this on it already, especially as it's not even a hardware fault.
