Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

We woke up one morning to the first picture. I do not believe that anything was done to the computer (eg bumped or touching too hard). My teenager said that it was perfect on Monday when he used it (and didn't touch the camera that day) and when he turned it on Tuesday morning, this was on the screen.
By Friday morning it was faded quite a bit and not only purple in colour and see through.
There a line behind the screen (screen perfect) on third photo below the purple blob.
We were advised by JB Hifi to get it sent back to HP on Tuesday, so I have begun to save all files, but then it has begun to fade, not sure what to do?
thanks Resized_20200513_093706_7071.jpeg20200517_163320b.jpg20200516_154251b.jpg
