pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this incredible hp pavilion x360. I never had issues with it untill four months ago and there's still a warranty on it. The left bottom of my screen popped out. I NEVER dropped it nor have I bumped anything against it. I've seen that some other people on this forum have had/have the same issue with the same laptop. So it seems to me that this maybe could be a technical default. I'm living in Belgium and the only support I can get there is a virtual assistent. However, it cannot register my problem correctly, so I keep ending up empty handed when it comes to a solution for my problem.

Are there any other people having the same problem as me? And if so, were you able to fix it? Also, does anybody have an idea how I can bypass the virtual assistent?

Thanks in advance!
