Hi, I need to replace the screen for my 14-ba0055sa. It is proving difficult to find the part number and where to order it from. Can someone offer help? I live in Bali, Indonesia

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Maintenance and Service Guide of your product and found out that your computer shipped with 35.6 cm (14") diagonal HD SVA WLED-backlit multitouch-enabled edge-to-edge glass (1366 x 768)
Refer to the page Computer major components 17 and Display assembly spares in the article: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06172090.pdf You can enter the part numbers in Google search bar to discover the exact display spares.

Thanks for the info but it's no help. These forums do nothing to help people looking for simple advice, information. Referring customers to guide books does not answer their question, it drives them deeper into the digital abyss which is the world of uncountable models and endless unreadable manuals.
