Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The screen resolution on my hp pavilion x360 convertible laptop (model 14t-dh200 productid 8wl72av) cannot go higher than 1366x768. The driver is Intel Iris plus graphics and the monitor type shows generic pnp monitor. 1366x768 is the maximum resolution that shows when I click  "list all modes" button on the driver dialog. OS is windows 10 version 20h2.

I bought this laptop 2y ago but did not use it as it was so expensive ($1200+) and so kept it "safe" and kept using my old $500 lenovo laptop (which incidentally gives 1600x900 resolution). NOw I need to use it and noticed the resolution issue.  I bought this laptop on the hp website and customized it while buying and I think this is the maximum that this screen that came with the laptop supports; cant believe HP ships with a substandard screen with an expensive laptop. Is there any way to fix this without buying another laptop? Will appreciate answers. Just mad at myself for not looking into it earlier. Let my stupidity be a warning to others. THank you!

It is a CTO machine and it ONLY has HD (1366 x 768) native resolution part # L51120-001. You can use FHD (1920 x 1080) screen part # L51119-001 if you wish.

Unfortunately part is N/A from HP now

You have to search elsewhere. By the way, it is a CTO (Configure To Order) machine, why you did not order FHD screen before hitting Ordering ?

Regards.
