new computer setup 02022022 removed power and left for a while working again now maybe overheating??

I had a similar problem (Envy/ Windows 10).

Seems to be only when using Outlook365. Wireless keyboard and mouse actions froze for a few seconds / screen went off for 5 seconds/ back at full brightness for 1 second/ back to normal brightness and then all working OK.

Also had instances in emails where the mouse clicked into the new position/ cursor stayed where it was but typing is where the click was made. Then reverts back after 5 seconds or so.

Thanks for the response = seems very similar - ive just moved to 365 with the new computer so hopefully that will be resolved - still seems odd but will monitor and report if it happens again
