Hello HP 

my laptop display keeps on tearing while I scroll or watch any video on Youtube , it shows a blurry horizontal lining only when i watch or scroll ,this happened after windows 11 new update , this keep on happening , I tried Vsync , reseting my laptop but it still won't go 

can you please fix this
